Disclaimer & Terms
The Recipient asserts and represents that it is duly licensed and legally authorized to receive hemp products and materials
shipped by the Company.
The Recipient acknowledges and agrees that the Company will be indemnified and held harmless from any claims arising from the Recipient’s failure to comply with state, federal, or other regulations.
The Recipient hereby releases the Company from all known and unknown claims the Recipient may have or incur relating to the Recipient’s licensing and regulatory compliance. This Release and Waiver of Claims is effective as of the date first
presented herein below.
The Recipient acknowledges that its state has regulations specifically governing the sale and transfer of hemp products,
and that the Recipient is currently in compliance with all such regulations.
The Company performs laboratory testing and provides compliant products with COAs. However, the Recipient acknowledges they are ultimately responsible for their own laboratory testing and compliance with federal/state law.
Recipient acknowledges some hemp products may be psychoactive. The Company is released from any liability regarding the use or misuse of these products. Clients must consult their doctor prior to use. Product should only be sold to customers
21+.
Age Verification & Restricted Access (21+)
21+ Only: You must be 21 years of age or older to access, purchase, or use products from SS LLC. By entering this site or
placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are 21+.
Verification Process: We may use third party age verification services and/or request a government issued photo ID to
confirm eligibility. You authorize SS LLC and its providers to perform such verification.
Order Cancellation: If age cannot be verified to our reasonable satisfaction, we may cancel the order and void any payment
authorization. We reserve the right to refuse service where we believe age or identity cannot be verified.
Adult Signature: For some shipments, a 21+ adult signature may be required upon delivery. Any additional carrier fees for this service may apply.
No Sales to Minors: We do not sell to persons under 21 or in jurisdictions where sale of these products is prohibited.
Additional Terms & Conditions
Although SS LLC ships throughout the U.S., we strongly suggest that each customer and end consumer conduct their own research regarding their particular state and county law. By purchasing from this website you state and agree you have read
our full disclaimer and agree to indemnify, defend, and hold SS LLC and its agents, managers, officers, directors, and employees harmless from any and all liabilities, loss, damages, and expenses including reasonable attorneys’ fees
(collectively, “Claims”) arising from or growing out of any acts or omissions you commit, including but not limited to violation of any applicable law, regulation, or order.
Refunds/Exchanges: SS LLC does not offer refunds; exchanges may be offered if approved by our front office.
Deposits: In the event of a deposit, SS LLC will apply the deposit to the total amount owed per invoice. If the client does not
fulfill the agreed-upon terms, the deposit will be forfeited to SS LLC. If SS LLC does not fulfill the terms, the deposit will be
returned to the client. In most cases, SS LLC is responsible for procuring jars, labor, product, etc., and bears these costs.
Deposits are used toward these procurement expenses. Any other arrangement must be agreed upon in writing. The total
invoice amount indicated must be paid within five (5) business days of order completion. Receipt of deposit indicates
acceptance of these terms.
Industrial Hemp Statement: SS LLC offers legal industrial hemp grown pursuant to a cultivation/handler license and consistent with 7 U.S.C. § 1639o as added by the 2018 Agriculture Improvement Act (“2018 Farm Bill”), meaning hemp and
derivatives with a delta 9 THC concentration of not more than 0.3% on a dry weight basis. By using this site you agree to follow the Privacy Policy and all Terms & Conditions printed on this site.
Florida Compliance Notice: Buyer acknowledges Florida’s state hemp program administered by the Florida Department of
Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS) under Fla. Stat. § 581.217 and applicable rules. Buyer is solely responsible for ensuring all products, labels, marketing, and age verification comply with Florida law and any local ordinances.
Interstate Transport: Federal law generally permits interstate transport of hemp produced in accordance with 7 U.S.C. §§
1639o–1639p; however, Buyer remains responsible for compliance with all destination-state restrictions and assumes the
risk of any seizure or delay.
Shipping
SS LLC ships packages/freight according to our customers’ shipping method requests (e.g., Standard vs. Priority). SS LLC is not responsible for any order that is stolen outside the customer’s address, lost in transit, not delivered, or seized.
Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Disclosure
None of the products listed on this website have been approved by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure
any disease or ailment. Always check with a physician before trying any legal product, new dietary supplement, medicinal
herb, or botanical extract.
Choice of Law and Venue 
These Terms and Conditions, as well as any sale of goods to Buyer, are deemed to have been both agreed to. Any disputes or clarification of interpretation, and the remedies for enforcement or breach of contract, are to be applied pursuant to and in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflicts of laws principles. Buyer and Seller expressly agree that all actions or proceedings arising in relation to the sale of any goods or these Terms and Conditions shall be tried and litigated exclusively in the state or federal courts located within Florida.
The Buyer relinquishes the right to contest exclusive venue by any motion to transfer, motion for forum non conveniens, or any related motions.
